Stephanie Doyle from New Hampshire Mushroom Company, will speak about the work the New Hampshire Mushroom Company does growing mushrooms, and will also touch on wild mushrooms and their role in the environment and your garden. Stephanie will take you through the process NHMC uses to cultivate gorgeous and delicious specialty mushrooms. You will also get an inside look at what a day in the life of a mushroom farmer looks like.
Stephanie has worked for NHMC for over two years and has a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of West Florida. She has been foraging and studying wild mushrooms for more than 10 years and enjoys sharing her knowledge about all things mushroom!
